The Unseen Effort: A Silent Goodbye

There are moments in life when someone enters your world quietly, without even realizing the impact they have. For me, she was that person. She wasn’t just another person I came across; she was someone I truly wanted to know. But as time went on, it became clear that the path ahead wasn’t going to be easy. Despite my efforts, I was met with silence, short replies, and an unshakable distance. I wasn’t expecting much... just a connection, an understanding, something beyond the surface. But every conversation left me questioning myself. The walls she had up were impossible to break through, and it felt like I was trying too hard for someone who wasn’t even letting me in. I continued, hoping my sincerity would eventually shine through. I thought that maybe if I showed how much I cared, she’d notice, or at least give me a chance. But she didn’t. And one day, just like that, she removed me from her life without a word. It wasn’t just the act of being unfollowed... it was the silent finality ...

Ek-Tarfa: A Saga of Silent Affections

College life, where dreams, friendships, and love stories entwine to create a tapestry of emotions. Some words, flowing from the depths of my heart, weave the story of unrequited love. It all started a year ago when I first stepped into college. I saw her - a vision in a white T-shirt and black pants, walking with her father. Instantly, I began to pray to the divine, " Please, God, let her be mine ." I didn't know her, but her name echoed in the corridors, and I diligently searched for her on social media, all in vain. " Let's keep our distance, " I thought. But fate had different plans. I started seeing her every day, and I, who rarely found anyone appealing, was enchanted. I discovered she was in a relationship, and that was the end of it. I decided to stay away, not even attempting to strike up a conversation. After all, principles matter. Every guy in college was after her, and she, oblivious to the attention, became the crush of many, including me. I ha...

Heart to Heartache: A Heartfelt Journey of Unrequited Feelings

In the world of love, sometimes the heart decides to embark on a journey that the mind can hardly comprehend. My story is a testament to the enduring, complex, and often painful nature of one-sided love. It all began when I was just a wide-eyed 7 or 8-year-old, too young to understand the complexities of emotions. But there she was, the girl who would unknowingly become the center of my world. It might sound amusing now, but back then, I was deadly serious. Love, it seems, knows no age limit. For years, my feelings remained my closely guarded secret. She had no inkling of the affection that bloomed silently in my heart. Our paths crossed, we attended the same school, and though we may have exchanged the occasional glance, I was too afraid to reveal my emotions. It was only when she discovered the truth that our relationship took a turn. The revelation led to silence and distance between us. Every encounter seemed to kindle her anger, and I was left grappling with the torment of unrequi...

Letting Go

Have you ever lost a person you believed to be a lifelong companion?  Sometimes we assume that to know whom we want to fall in love with, our emotions must be somewhat intelligent. We can't foresee who will capture our hearts. There is no justification for us to fall for them. Every tale is different in some way. It was unfinished but finished for me. I was aware that you would eventually abandon me. But letting go is hard since it takes a lot of heart and bravery to realise that the other person isn't yours forever. It's a fact of life that people move on from us. Not everyone will accompany us on all of our future walks. However, their brief duties make our lives quite difficult. Your presence gives me butterflies, to be honest. You have taught me to love. You demonstrate the various shades of love for me. You represent a lovely stage in my life that has been filled with many wonderful memories. I wish we could hold the air that is permitted to travel over the entire worl...

Trapped in a Cycle of Self-Doubt and Longing.

As I sit here alone, watching them walk by hand in hand, I can't help but wonder why I'm so afraid to talk to girls. It's not that I don't want to - in fact, I yearn for the connection and intimacy that comes with a meaningful relationship. But the fear of rejection, of being seen as less than, of never being enough, holds me back. It's like there's a constant battle raging inside me. On the one hand, I crave human connection and the feeling of being understood and appreciated. On the other, I'm paralyzed by the thought of saying the wrong thing or being rejected. So instead, I retreat into myself, hiding behind my fears and hoping that someone will magically see past them and reach out to me. But deep down, I know that's not how it works. Relationships take effort and vulnerability, and I'm not sure I'm ready for that. I don't know if I'm brave enough to take the risk and put myself out there, to face the possibility of rejection and dis...
